Welcome!

The Goat is a traditional pub tucked away on Kensington High Street, overlooking the entrance to Kensington Palace Gardens.

Established in 1679, The Goat is known as the oldest pub in Kensington. Steeped in history and character, the pub dates back over 300 years. Situated overlooking Kensington Palace, the pub's cellars have tunnels which originally lead into its grounds. Although it was originally known as the 'Watney House' it was later renamed the Goat Tavern with a complete reconstruction in 1771 followed by considerable alterations in 1814, with most of these original features still preserved today.

As we're also only a ten minute walk away from the Royal Albert Hall it makes us the perfect pub for a drink and food before an amazing show.
