The Barmy Arms is a beautiful riverfront pub situated in the old part of Twickenham. Our menu is in the best tradition of British pub food. Best enjoyed with a drink, friends and a warm welcome at the Barmy Arms
The Barmy Arms has a history to match with its name. Previously known as Queens Head Hotel, the owner used to assemble the Christmas tree upside down, so in 1970s it justly changed to the Barmy Arms. With over 400 years of history, the Barmy Arms is home to one of the oldest punting fishing clubs, Francis Francis Angling Club. The Barmy Arms cements its name in rock and roll history, with previous performers being the likes of the Rolling Stones, Genesis and Rod Stewart all having played there.Read more...
